How do i get my picsw from my phone onto my computer?

i have a sprint KATANA Eclipse. i can't find the instructions in the manual i got with the phone. i just want my pics onto my computer. and i'm really computer illiterate, so if you could explain all the computer terms you use, that'd be great! thanks soooooooo much. :)
