“ual harment/hostile environment” What is the statute of limitations to file a wrongful charge case?

It seems to me the smartest thing to do is to consult a lawyer ASAP. They would be able to give you the best advice since laws are different in each state. I believe, but don't quote me, that consultations are usually free. And at least you will know if you have a case. Good Luck.
