What is wrong with Christianity? Read entire question?

I am an atheist don't care much for religion but many many people, atheist mainly, act as if Christianity makes people evil. My cousins' life was heading down the drains then he found Christianity and started to recover from drug addiction, violence,gangs,and other bad things. I may not agree with his religion but i don't think of him as stupid, delusional or a bigot.
