Am i a US citizen?????

I was born in California, my parents immigrated here legally and got greencards, my parents been here more than 30 years with greencard, for some reason my mom hasnt applied for citizenship or whatever. im 19 so am i a anchor baby if her card or dads expire or if they die? well i have problems with people?
