How do I do a full 'error ysis' of an experiment?

OK. so the experiment I did was for chemistry and its called "tincture of iodine ay" and we have been asked to perform a full error ysis only problem is i have scoured my lecture notes etc and can't find a good explanation of what this is or how to do it? HELP!
