Okay well..i have a hair pulling issue

Hm... Well I'm sure you know you're not the only one... Don't be embarred about it, it's a disease... Out of your control if you don't get help. If your mom thinks you don't pull your hair anymore, you should tell her that you do, and you want help. If going out in public and seeking help is what you need to do, you shouldn't be embarred... It's a good thing. People would think worse of you if you stayed inside and pulled all your hair out then the would if you got help.
