My staffy just had an operation. HELP!!!?

Hey there. So my staffy who will be two on September wasn't acting her usual self and just to be on the safe side my parents took her our emegeny pdsa and they took her in for the night. they phoned us later on that night saying something showed up in her stomach on the x-ray so they told us they had to cut her open and see what was inside her stomach so they did so. After the operation it turns our what was in her stomach was... Gas! now my baby has a very large scar all down her belly and she's never been the sameeee. She got the op about one and ahalf weeks ago. Anyways my problem is not that im raging bcos they cut her up to find she just needed to fart :S is went to the pdsa and out of curiousity I asked if she had pups in the future, could the scar burst or will she be able to Carry them you know... And the vet started shouting at me and began trailing on about how I shouldn't breed her. I DONT WANT TO BREED HER! She's just a puppy herself but when she kept going on in got me worried cos other vets have advised me to let her atleast have one litter. And others said get her spayed. Can, in time, my baby be affected? Will she be ok? and when will she return back to her oldself now....? Btw, the vet said that on their computers it says phoebs was spayed but she's not! She went on heat an bled, can she still be spayed without my parents knowing from previous owners? Should I do anything about the fact that they cut my dog up for nothing ect ect?
