How can i infect my ears?

You can let them close naturally and up makeup over the lobes until they do. I don't think that infecting them is the best course, because it could cause other problems, and may not close them, just make them swollen and leak puss. Infected ears also really hurt, and make up doesn't. Put concealer on the hole to make it look closed, then put foundation to make it match your skin and look natural. You could always use cheap metal, or something you're allergic to on it, I suppose.
