How do you permanently block someone on Yahoo Messenger?

I've been getting this creepy IMs from this guy who I've never met before and who shouldn't be able to know I'm online because I say in invisible mode. I keep reporting his IM as spam, but he keeps showing up again. Is there a way to block this person permanently? It's starting to drive me crazy and I don't know what else to do. Someone please help me!
