Yahoo Answers?

Well i'm currently feeling like an idiot (perhaps appropriate). So i'm asking you as the people of Yahoo, as those who use Yahoo Answers the stupid question of the day!!![Drum roll]. On the side of the persons comment we all see the "thumbs up" and "thumbs down" and of course the "report" flag, well how do you click those to select either giving someone a thumbs up or thumbs down? It seems the only one it (by it I mean god) will only let me click the report one. So please if you have intellect in this area (which by scanning my retinas over the pages and seeing that most of you have been able to click the thumbs up/down) please explain this obviously excruciating and tricky process to me.
