Will lunar war break out in the future?

Nowdays,USA Japan and other countries have proposed plan to set up permenent base on the moon. There will be more countries join the exploration of the moon in the near future. The public place of moon will be more and more crowed.and will there be a war break out for the ownership of the moon?
