What would have a bigger carbon foot print?

Sea is actually pretty efficient, as it is the cheapest form of transportation for goods and things (at least for companies shipping their products), planes being the most expensive. Although it may be easier to just buy new stuff, its more worth it to the environment if you keep all your old stuff, and not just throw it all away.
