What are the physiological reactions to ingesting Ipomoea Jalapa?
I know that Ipomoea Jalapa (aka Ipomoea Purga; John the Conqueror) is poisonous, but how is it poisonous? What cl of toxins is it categorized in? What's the physiological reaction when ingested? Is the toxin able to permeate through the skin if it is left unwashed on your skin?
