Suncream....right arm syndrome?

ok this is a long shot but....i drive a truck,my employer provides ppe,(hi-viz,boots,uniform,gloves,polo shirts,fleece jacket,hard hat ,torch and a kit bag.should sun protection lotion (hypoallergenic) also be on the ppe list,my right arm is a different colour to the left one and i have sunburn,which is no dout because of no skin protection ....PPE= Personel protective equipment
