Someone emailed me to send my information to Ashfieldbank plc .is it true ? is this not a scam?2 days ago?

This is definitly a scam. Anything that even looks like this is a scam. There is a .gov web site about phishing and scams like these and how to recongnize them - but as a general rule anything from an international lottery is a scam.
